NCI Employees Bring Depth to Marshall and Mankato Locations

NCI Mankato and NCI Marshall recently had new faces join their teams!

Cierra Wangen joined Mankato as the new administrative assistant in September. Cierra said the position with NCI caught her eye because she enjoys interacting with and greeting customers.

“I am looking forward to learning more about NCI and getting to know all of my coworkers,” says Cierra.

In her spare time, Cierra enjoys hiking with her boyfriend and dog, Gunnar and exploring new state parks.

Cierra’s background as a receptionist made her a solid fit for the position in Mankato.

“We are excited to have Cierra as part of the team and welcome her diverse skillset from answering phones to scheduling to the position,” says Nancy Ellanson, Office Administrator for NCI-Mankato.

Grant Moorse joined the NCI-Marshall team in the parts department. Grant said he was looking for a new opportunity for his personal and professional growth and that the position with NCI provided just that.

“I am looking forward to building relationships with our customers,” says Grant.

Grant enjoys camping and traveling with his wife Denaca and his 1-year-old daughter, Melah. He also serves as a volunteer fireman with the Minneota Fire Department.

Grant’s experiences in agriculture along with his customer service skills made him a standout for the role. 

“I am especially excited about hiring a young professional that has enthusiasm for customer care and the day-to-day operations of our business. Grant has a background in management, customer service and agriculture which makes him a great fit at NCI,” says Nathan Deutz, General Manager for NCI -Marshall.
